He Completed his Bachelor of Law (LLB Degree) at the University Of Limpopo in the year 2012. He completed practical legal training in 2014 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in the year 2015.
During his period as articled cleck and as an attorney he acquired vast knowledge in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law, Personal Injury Law, Evictions, Debt Collections, Pension Fund Laws, Divorce and Family. He obtained certificates in Debt Collection, Insolvency Law and Practice, FSB Retirement Fund Trustee Toolkit training and Public Private Partnership training with the DBSA. He is currently enrolled for LLM Corporate Law with the University Of Pretoria.
He has vast knowledge and experience in various corporate and commercial transactions, including drafting and interpretation of commercial contracts. He is also actively involved in complex business rescue litigation.
She obtained her LLB Degree with UNISA in 2013 and her LLM Mercantile Law with the University Of Pretoria in 2015. Currently enrolled for her Bcompt in Financial Accounting with UNISA.
She is a member of SARIPA and INSOL international. She is an accredited business rescue practitioner and a trustee of various provident funds administered by Liberty Group. Furthermore, she is a Principal Officer in the provident funds to which she has been appointed as a trustee. She is an admitted attorney practicing under Ndziane Inc.

She has acquired extremely valuable knowledge in business transaction laws, business rescues and insolvency practice. Her passion and strong acumen for business strategies are scarce skills. She was admitted as an attorney and practicing as such since 2017.
As a business rescue practitioner, her roles are amongst others to oversee a company during business rescue proceedings. Her role is largely supervisory and she is subject to duties of a director of the company, with extensive powers over the pre-existing management.
She is responsible for strategy development and to reconstruct the financials of the company. She has been actively involved in complex business rescue process of big mines such as Optimum Coal Mine (Pty) Ltd, Koornfontein Mines (Pty) Ltd and Shiva Uranium Mine (Pty) Ltd.
